Outcome: Sharper messaging and better decisions.

4️⃣ When is the timing right?

  • Is the market ready?

  • Is the audience ready?

  • Are we too early — or too late?

Outcome: Reduced risk and stronger impact.

5️⃣ Where does it live?

  • Where is the product or service sold?

  • Where are we connecting with our audience?

  • Are channels chosen by habit or intention?

Outcome: Presence that makes sense, not noise.

6️⃣ How will we bring it to life?

  • How will this be delivered consistently?

  • How will teams experience it internally?

  • How will audiences experience it externally?

Outcome: Campaigns and execution that feel authentic and aligned.

Final Check: Culture & Confidence

  • Do teams understand why this matters?

  • Are people confident in their role within it?

  • Does this create clarity — or more noise?
